Green councillor Michael Welton presses for better walking and cycling

Green councillor Michael Welton has pressed Trafford council for 20mph speed limit zones, protected cycle lanes and wider pavements.  Michael highlighted that such measures are especially urgent at this time to enable key workers to have other safe choices of how they travel to and from work.
