Conservative government hits local businesses with badly thought out lockdown rules

Green councillor Geraldine Coggins has called out the Conservative government's lockdown rules saying "the government needs to level the playing field and think about how it can support local businesses". Supermarkets are still allowed to sell non essential items whereas small independents can no longer trade face to face.
