Councillor Geraldine Coggins has spoken about the recent abandoning of the clean air zone implementation, pointing out that in spite of the inability of both the Conservative government and Greater Manchester Labour to work through this together for the benefit of all residents and businesses there is still plenty of positive actions that can be taken.
